Faith based grants are offered through a variety of local faith organizations. For example, if you are a member of the Mormon church, the local ward will provide faith based grants to pay for your rent on an apartment if you find you are unable to pay in a particular month. To qualify for this type of grant, however, you must be a member of the church and actively attending. In many other churches across the country, members are afforded opportunities to access faith based grants that are associated with the local church but also national grants that the local church has access to. If you need help with housing, and if you are looking for housing for felons, be sure to consider becoming an active member of a church and you may find that your membership is not only fruitful to your life but it will give you access to some of the best faith based grants by people in the church who are willing to help you get your life back on track.  Housing grants for felons can be found through many religious based organizations so be sure to access those organizations from a local level.

We have many people, convicted of a felony in the past, who are looking for grants for education, grants for housing, and even grants to help find work. If you fit into any of these grant needs, be sure to consider faith based grants as they are often made available right in your own community and there will be fewer people trying to obtain those grants. Typically, grants faith based are not advertised so you will need to call around, or visit, the faith based organizations in your community to see what is offered.
