Grants for felons come through a number of resources and if you are close to the age of 55, you may be considering early retirement. If this is an option you’ve considered, then one aspect of retirement will be the concern over where you will live when you decide to retire. For many felons over the age of 55, who have a desire to retire, there are housing grants made available to secure an apartment, or home, in a retirement community. For example, in Yellow Springs, Ohio, developers are starting new apartment building efforts to cater, specifically, to the 55 and over population. So, if you have a felony, and if you are over 55 years of age, consider the option for housing grants based upon your retirement and age status, rather than looking for housing grants for felons.   Just like finding jobs for seniors over 55, finding a place to live may actually have nothing to do with your background as much as it has to do with your working status and your age.
